PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
I conduct initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically well-fitted for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. My training techniques will target all areas of your body notably the core muscles.
DEVELOPMENT
I specialize in body weight exercises, utilising progressive and challenging free weight compound movements. Fitness development isn't just about becoming leaner, but increasing your strength, flexibility, stability and agility.
